Returns and cancellations
You can proceed with the exchange of your garment as long as it is intact, unused (except for the first try on) and still has the original label.
The return of the garment must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Please note that returns can be made by shipment to our warehouse or to the physical store; it is not possible to deliver the return in person to our warehouse.
In the event that the return request is made after 14 days from receipt of the order or is sent without a completed return form, Dolly Noire reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.
The return will be processed within 10 days of receipt at our warehouse.
DID YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE/YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and traceability and will also not be held responsible for tampered with parcels.
Prepare the package as instructed:
1. Put the goods in the original wrapping
2. Insert the completed return form inside the package ( download here the form)
3. Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package

Once the package has been prepared, you will have to give it to a courier of your choice who will provide you with the waybill to be affixed to the outside of the package.
FREE RETURN ON PANTS
If you wish to proceed with the return of the purchased trousers, please send an email to email@example.com with the following data:
1. SUBJECT: pants replacement request - order #
2. Item to be returned
3. Complete address to make the collection (street, house number, zip code, city, province, intercom name, mobile phone)
4. Collection date (please indicate at least two options (in case there is no availability for collection) *
5. One of our operators will book collection via our courier within 24h
Collections must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are possible from Monday to Friday in the time slots 9-13 (morning) and 14-17 (afternoon), it is not possible for us to indicate a collection time window but only the time slot hourly (morning or afternoon).
HAVE YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?
If you have found an irregularity in the order received (failed product, item different from the one ordered) send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org following these instructions:
1. SUBJECT: fault/wrong product – order number #
2. Describe the irregularity in the body of the email
3. Please attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product
4. You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to solve the problem
RETURN OF A PRODUCT PURCHASED IN OUR STORE IN MILAN
If you have purchased a product at our flagship store in Corso di Porta Ticinese and wish to exchange it, please send an email to: email@example.com
In the email you will need to indicate your order number (found on the digital receipt you received when you purchased in-store) and your request for the item you would like to exchange.
You will need to prepare the package as instructed:
1. Place the merchandise in its original packaging.
2. Place the completed return form inside the package containing the product to be returned.*
3. Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package (keep and send the tracking number related to your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org for the return request).
4. Send everything to our office.

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we will process the item exchange within 15 days.
without a return form (Click here to download the form ) we will not be able to trace your information, it is very important that this form is included in the package.
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of the order date.
To cancel your order please send an email to email@example.com with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST NUMBER #XXXXXX". Then indicate in the body of the e-mail your intention to cancel the order.
Once the order has been cancelled you will receive an email stating that the cancellation has taken place and indicating that a refund will be issued.
Note: the time it takes to actually re-credit the amount paid depends exclusively on the bank that processes the card payments used.
