RETURNS DURING CHRISTMAS PERIOD

For all orders purchased in December the return is extended until 31/01

 

FREE RETURN ON PANTS

If you wish to proceed with the return of the purchased trousers, please send an email to assistenza@dollynoire.com with the following data:

  • SUBJECT: pants replacement request - order # (*)
  • Item to be returned
  • Complete address from which to make the collection (street, house number, zip code, city, province, intercom name, mobile phone)
  • Collection date (please indicate at least two options in case there is no availability for collection)

    PAY ATTENTION: Collections must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are possible from Monday to Friday in the time slots 9-13 (morning) and 14-17 (afternoon), it is not possible for us to indicate a collection time window but only the time slot hourly (morning or afternoon).

    example: Tuesday 28/09 morning slot

    One of our operators will book collection via our courier within 24 hours (excluding public holidays) and send you all the information for preparing and packing the package via email.

     

    DID YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE/YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE??

    You can proceed with the exchange of your garment as long as it is intact, unused (except for the first try on) and still has the original label.

    The return of the garment must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. In the event that the return request is made after 14 days from receipt of the order, Dolly Noire reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

    You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and traceability and will also not be held responsible for tampered with parcels.

    Prepare the package as instructed:

      • Put the goods in the original wrapping.
      • Insert the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.

      • Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package (keep and send the tracking number relating to your order number to assistance@dollynoire.com for the return request).

    Una volta ricevuto il tuo pacco presso il nostro magazzino procederemo al cambio del capo e al reinvio (o al rimborso) entro 15 giorni.

     

    HAVE YOU RECEIVED A FAILURE PRODUCT?

    If you have found an irregularity in the order received (failed product, item different from the one ordered) send an email to assistance@dollynoire.com following these instructions:

    Indicate the order number and the problem encountered in the subject of the email (FAULT/WRONG PRODUCT ORDER NUMBER _______).

    Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.

    Provide a phone number to reach you on.

    Please attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.

    You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to solve the problem and to organize the collection of the non-compliant item through our courier. Once the date and place of collection have been established, a waybill will be sent to you via email containing the tracking number of the shipment which you will need to print and apply to the package before delivery to the courier.
