GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

COST OF VERIFYING DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING

The risk of loss or damage to the product rests with us and passes to you only when you take possession of it. Upon delivery by the courier, always check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials.

If you detect damage to the packaging or the number of packages does not correspond to your order, you must contest it immediately by adding the wording "subject to control" or similar and indicating the reasons for the reserve: e.g. "laundry packaging", "crushed packaging", "signature with reserve" etc. on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, you will not be able to dispute anything about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

 

CUSTOMS COSTS

If the products ordered are to be delivered outside Italy or the European Economic Area, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, required by the customs once the product reaches the destination country. Additional customs costs are your sole responsibility and cannot be predicted by us. Therefore, we invite you to take all the necessary information with the customs office of the country where you will receive the goods and to comply with the applicable legislation.

 

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products. It is also called the "right to rethink", precisely because it gives you the possibility to retrace your steps and give up on the purchase, having the only cost relating to returning the product.

If your order includes more than one product, you can also withdraw only for one of them. The 14-day term starts in any case from the delivery of the last good.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can fill out a request and send it to us by email at assistenza@dollynoire.com with the subject "EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ORDER N. xxxxxx".

The communication must contain the order references, your name and surname in order to allow us to carry out the checks.

For communication purposes, you can use the following form:

 

    • Recipient: [insert seller's name and address]
    • I hereby [insert name and surname of the consumer who concluded the contract] notify the withdrawal from the sales contract of the following goods [insert product identifier]
    • Ordered on [insert date of conclusion of the contract/date of receipt of order confirmation] and received on [insert date of receipt of products]
    • Name and Surname: [insert name and surname of the consumer who concluded the contract]
    • Address: [insert address of the consumer who concluded the contract]
    • Signature: [signature of the consumer who concluded the contract] (only if this form is notified in paper version)
    • Date: [insert the date on which the notification of withdrawal was sent]

    THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return is up to you and you must make it within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract.

    You are responsible for what happens during shipping (damage, theft, loss, etc.) until we receive the returned product. If the goods are damaged during transport, we will notify you within 5 days of receipt, to allow you to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to you for collection at your expense and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled.

     

    The costs of returning the products are at your expense.

    You will have to return the goods intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) taking care to remove all the labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package and applying the waybill that the shipper will provide you with.

    We ask you to insert your order number inside the package (it is the number we provided you during the order confirmation phase, e.g.: #12345). The insertion of a handwritten sheet with this reference will also be sufficient. Take care to remove all labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package.

    Finally, we ask you to keep the shipment tracking number, where provided by the shipper, and notify us by email.

    REFUNDS

    You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund you within 14 days of the return, using the same payment method you chose during the purchase.

    The refund includes delivery costs to the minimum extent selectable during the purchase process. In practice, if during the purchase procedure several delivery options are available and you have not chosen the least expensive option, you will be refunded the cost of the least expensive delivery option available.

    If you return the damaged goods, we may charge you for any decrease in value. In the event that the damage is such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal, you will not get any refund. The product will remain at our office and you can collect it at your expense. In any case, we will notify you within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are the CHANGE OF SIZE or the request to REPLACE THE PRODUCT with another.
