It's time to celebrate our Milaneseness properly!

What is more iconic of the Milanese tradition than panettone? Of course, we decided to do it our way: black, or rather, Noire.

For this venture, we relied on the expert hands of Pasticceria Martesana and the talent of their master pastry chef, Vincenzo Santoro. The result was a unique creation: the PanetùNoire.

Santoro took on the challenge of exploring the dark side of his famous leavened pastry, resulting in something simple but unforgettable.

The PanetùNoire is a traditional panettone with a chocolate dough and a mouth-watering dark chocolate coating-a real temptation.

But we didn't stop there! We had the honor of witnessing the production of this delicacy and to immortalize those moments we decided to bake a limited edition t-shirt as well. Protagonist? Vincenzo Santoro, caught up in the magic of preparing this masterpiece.
