For national shipments we rely on Amazon Shipping.

Package tracking: After we hand your package to Amazon Shipping, they will provide you with a tracking code by e-mail within 24 hours. You can enter this code on https://track.amazon.it/ to track your package and add any delivery instructions/reprogram your shipment.

Tracking information can also be viewed in the order history section by clicking on ‘account’ on the Dolly Noire website.

The courier undertakes to deliver all packages within 24/48h*.

Shipping time from order fulfillment:

• Italy: 2 to 4 working days. Exception for Calabria and Islands: From 3 to 5 working days.

*The times indicated are to be considered indicative. During the months of August and November/December, customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.
In addition, we are not responsible for any delays in shipments due to strikes in the logistics and transport industry.

We rely on UPS for the management of our international shipments.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ship to Russia.

We also remind you that it is not possible to send lighters and perfumes abroad.

Shipping times

For European Union countries (e.g. Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Portugal) deliveries are managed in 3/5 working days.

For all other destinations, shipments may take between 7 and 10 days.

Customs duties and additional fees

In case of shipments to non-EU countries, the customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
These tariffs are not predictable and depend exclusively on the country of destination. They are calculated by UPS at the time of customs clearance and sent to recipients by e-mail before delivery. 

Please note: Dolly Noire is not responsible for rejected packages at the time of delivery. Such packages will be held by UPS in their warehouses and, if not claimed, will be destroyed. Dolly Noire reserves the right to not resend the products, and to not issue a refund.

If you have chosen in-store pickup (e-commerce pickup) as an option, you will need to bring the confirmation email with your order number.

We guarantee the pickup of the order up to 6 months after the arrival of the parcel in store. If the parcel is not picked up within 6 months, it will no longer be available for collection. Contact assistenza@dollynoire.com to manage your shipment

Please note: the return request can be made within - and no later than - 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at the store, after which it will no longer be possible to accept returns.
