A. SHIPPING TO ITALY

For our shipments we rely on the couriers BRT and Amazon Shipping.

BRT: Once you have entrusted your order to BRT, it undertakes to provide you with all the data necessary to monitor the shipment via SMS and Mail.

Amazon Shipping: Once you have entrusted your order to Amazon Shipping, it undertakes to provide you with the tracking code of your package. Once the tracking code has been entered on the https://track.amazon.it/ portal, it will be possible to monitor the shipment and add further information for the delivery. The courier undertakes to deliver all packages within 24/48h*

Shipping time from order fulfillment*:

• Italy: 2 to 4 working days. Exception for Calabria and Islands: From 3 to 5 working days.

*The times indicated are to be considered indicative. During the months of August and November/December, customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.

Shipping fees

Free for orders over € 50.00
EUR 5.00 for orders under € 50.00

B. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To manage international shipments, we use the DHL courier.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ship to Russia.

We also remind you that it is not possible to send lighters and perfumes abroad.

Shipping times

For European Union countries (Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, U.K., Holland, Portugal) deliveries are managed in 2/4 working days.

For all other destinations, shipments may take several days.

ATTENTION: in case of shipments to non-EU countries, the customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
