At the heart of the Dolly Noire District comes DISTRICT OOAK: a weekly event where art, street culture, and community come together live.

Each week, a different artist takes over the store and transforms blank tote bags into one-of-a-kind creations, painted live in front of the community. No copies, no reprints: every piece exists only once.

We're looking for illustrators, painters, designers, tattoo artists, writers, visual artists, and creatives with something to say. It doesn't matter if your work comes from the streets, the digital world, or a sketchbook filled with 3 am drawings, the only thing that matters is identity.
